The company was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission in July 2006, as an indigenous contracting firm specialized to render efficient services to the Oil & Gas industry in the areas of Procurement, Logistics, Engineering Services, Fabrication & Construction works, to carry out imports & exports and other areas of business as legally feasible, as in the sourcing, delivering and dispensing of AGO, LPFO, PMS, DPK, etc.
